    Delivery & Returns


    Delivery Policy


    We aim to deliver your order to you within 3 working days, from the date of order (excluding Holidays and Sundays) provided that the address is complete and the receiver is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. If the address is incomplete or the receiver is unavailable to receive the package, this will delay the delivery. Natural occurrences may also affect the expected delivery time.
    Receiver has to provide his signature as an approval of receiving the order, together with his photo Identification.
    If you won't be around to personally receive your order, please write a short authorization letter stating the name of the person who will be receiving your order and will need him to present this along with his/her valid ID
    Free Delivery is exclusively applicable to orders which exceed €25.00. Deliveries below this threshold will be charged at the rate of €5.00 per delivery.
    A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made by our deliveryman. Delivery cost will be shouldered by the buyer/receiver after the two unsuccessful delivery attempts. No Redirection or Change of Address will be entertained once order is dispatched.


    Return and Exchange Policy


    At PETWISE we fully understand that things may go wrong and if there is an issue with any of our products, we are more than happy to assist. Kindly refer to our return and exchange policies below;

    You may return or exchange a product up to 14 days from the date of purchase by contacting our customer service representatives via email or contact number +356-7777-7066
    Consumers are entitled to either an exchange or refund, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods or imperfection in the service.
    While you have the right to choose and make a canvass of prices, once a sale is done and the product has no defect, one cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund.
    If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange of products to a similar item or a refund to your credit card / original method of payment.
    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
